ICU Translation Service Center is an official translation and branch of  International Communication Unit operating in Canada (Quebec) and Egypt (Cairo) . It is one of few translation offices notarized, approved, certified, authorized and accredited by the Australian, American, United Kingdom (UK), New Zealand, Canadian embassies and Consulates in Cairo, Egypt as well as the world for immigration and all other purposes.

Dr. Hala Fathy is responsible of this department. She is holder a PH.D from Montreal University, Faculty of Science and Arts, Department of French Studies from Quebec, Canada.  She is also member of International Council for Francophone Studies ( CIEF) in USA. Also she is certified professional translator and accredited by EGYTA under registration number 12535 under supervision of ministry of social solidarity number 2109 and international federation of translators (FIT), one of the UNESCO organizations number 415.
