The human and civil rights of
individuals and/or companies are guaranteed first and foremost by
their own domestic courts. We can assist individuals
in protecting their rights by seeking compensation for wrongful
killings, injury to persons, or damage to property in cases where
the damage is caused by either government or private
actors.
Where domestic remedies have been exhausted
we can also help individuals to bring cases to
international tribunals. These tribunals will apply
international agreements between states. These agreements protect
fundamental human rights.
