Who is eligible for Immigration
Visa? The eligibility for issuance of Permanent residence
Visa is assessed on various factors such as education, age,
occupation, experience, English communication skills and blood
relation, if any, in Canada and/or Australia. The most
important factor is the Personal Suitability Factor through which
the Visa Officer decides about final visa issuance and uses his
discretionary powers in the process regarding Canadian Immigration
Act and Immigration.
Is the Businessman eligible for Issuance of the
Visa? YES. There are three categories
available for a businessman namely ; Self-Employed, Entrepreneur and
Investor. Main factors considered while issuing the Visas under
this category relate to the business background and personal
net-worth of the applicant.

Is
there any age limit for the process? Currently the preferred upper age limit is 44 years for
Australia and 49 years for Canada. However, there are cases
where the application can be accepted in the Independent Category to
50 years. We can only advise from case to case basis. For all
the business category applicants, age restrictions are very
flexible.
Who can accompany me to Canada or
Australia? Initially only your spouse and children can accompany
you to Canada. Your parents needs to be sponsored after you
have landed in Canada. Children above 19 can accompany the parents
only if they are unmarried and are full time students of a regular
course. You may apply for the entire family together and get all
the Visas issued simultaneously. Normally depending on the
date of your medical the Visa validity of approximately 2 to 11
months. After visa issuance you may proceed alone and call your
family, as soon as you have arranged for a job/Residence. However
they should reach within the visa validity. To decide whether to
apply with the entire family or not, you should also look at the
additional finances involved in incurring High Commission Fees and
settlement costs required.
Can I
invite my parents to stay with me while holding Australian and/or
Canadian Student Visa? YES.
I applied for visa Subclass 475 to live
and migrate to Dalma province. Can I live in
Sydney or Melbourne? Visa Subclass
475 holders must live and migrate to Dalma and live there for 2
years to be permanent resident. After 2 years, you can live
anywhere.
What is
the approximate cost of living after arrival in Canada or
Australia?
The approximate cost of
living for an individual is around US $ 500 per month. For
husband, spouse and two children it could be around USD$ 1,000 per
month. This includes the accommodation rentals and other
monthly expenses.
After how many
years of being a Permanent Resident can I become a Canadian or
Australian Citizen? Concerning Canada: If
you meet the conditions of being a Permanent Resident for three
consecutive years from the date of landing, you can apply for the
Canadian Citizenship in the fourth year. One of the major conditions
is that you must stay in Canada for 183 days in a
year, every year, for first 3 consecutive years out of last 5
years. After you become Canadian Citizen you are entitled
to a Canadian Passport with the right to vote in
Elections. After you receive your passport and citizenship, their
will be no restrictions to travel outside. Concerning
Australia: from October 2007, citizenship will be granted for
skilled independent visa holders after 4 years from landing instead
of 2 and 6 years for SRS (State Regional Sponsor) and/or STNI
(State/Territory Nominated Independent)
Can I
still apply for the Canada Permanent Residence Visa, if I have
previous refusals for visitor visas/permanent resident
visas? Yes, You can apply
for Permanent Resident visa after denial of your visitor vias, but
if your Permanent Resident visa denied or refused, their will be 2
years waiting period to submit your application
again.
I lost my Permanent Resident Status. What shall I do
to return back to Canada? If you are in Canada, you can renew your Permanent Resident
card without any restrictions, but if you lost your permanent
resident while you are outside Canada and your PR card expired, then
you can apply for Return Permanent Resident to
Canada.
I
applied for visitor or student visa to Canada and/or Australia but
my application denied, will this affect me if I want to
apply for PR visa? You can apply for permanent resident after you denied
visitor visa entry to
Canada.
My
main objective to seek Immigration is earning good money and enjoy a
good quality of life. Why I should not simply go for Work permit and
make money. Why should I permanently
Immigrate? You must understand that
a Work Permit is a temporary permission for a particular period
granted for a particular country. Most of these permits/visas
are coming with certain attached limitations, which should be of
concern to you. In most of these Visas your spouse is not
permitted to work in the country in which you have been granted to
work visa. You are not entitled to avail of various social

1)Who intends and has the ability to establish, purchase or
make a substantial investment in a business or commercial venture in

2)Whose business will create or maintain employment
opportunities in Canada for one or more Canadian Citizens or
Permanent Residents, other than the entrepreneur and his/ her
dependants.
3)Who intends and has the ability to provide active
and on-going participation in the management of the business or
commercial venture. If you can satisfy a visa officer that you
meet this definition you are eligible for immigration to Canada in
the entrepreneur Category.
What
role do provincial Governments have in the entrepreneurial
immigrations process? The provinces
role is primarily one of guidance and counseling for applicants who
are considering setting up businesses within their borders. It
is in your best interest as a prospective business immigrant to
be.
What is the differences between migration to
Canada and Australia? This is
a common questions asked by our clients. Their is no difference
between both countries. The only difference is the processing time
of immigration file for Australia is 8 Months while Canada is 48
Months.
I

What is

Test (IELTS)? Is it mandatory? Immigration

Australia and/or Canada. Will she have to go for IELTS test
also? If your country native Language is not the
English Language For Canada: Your spouse does not have to take
IELTS. For Australia: If your wife and/or spouse bachelor or

spouse will be exempted from IELTS. If the study of your
spouse conducted by language rather than English.
Spouse should undertake IELTS with overall score of 4.5 otherwise
spouse should pay 2860 $AUD to study English Language in
Australia.
I
am Australian and/or Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident .
Can I get married from Egypt or any other
country? Australian citizens
can bring the spouse from any country under Fiances
or Marriage visa. Canadian citizens can apply for family
reunion under certain income
conditions.
I
received a refuse and my application was denied. Can you file an
appeal for me? Yes. we can file an appeal for you
in Destination country(s) Federal Court if we beleive your the
refusal was against immigration rules and regulations. This is only
for Permanent Resident visa.
Will my driving license be
valid to drive in Australia or
Canada? Yes. if you migrate to Canada
and/or Australia, your driving license will valid for minimum of 3
Months and Maximum of 6 Months and depends from which country your
initial driving license came from. Each province had its own
driving license rules and regulation. In general after you land you
should schedule your driving license test which contains two types
of tests, theoretical and practical test. Holders of Visitor
Visas or Student visas can drive using international driving license
without any restrictions.
